BBB Switches To New Ratings System
DALLAS (CBS 11 / TXA 21) ―
The Better Business Bureau is changing the way it grades businesses.
For years, the watchdog group had used benchmarks such as satisfactory or unsatisfactory.
Now, they're switching to a grading system of A+ through F.
The organization says the more-detailed system will make it easier for consumers to compare local businesses.
You can check the ratings of local companies on the Dallas side of the Metroplex by going to
dallas.bbb.org. Businesses on the Fort Worth side are listed at
fortworth.bbb.org.
