Visitors to the Main Street Arts Festival in downtown Fort Worth this weekend not only can roam through rows of unique artwork, but also see another unique booth itself.
Students at the University of Texas at Arlington constructed a booth made mainly of recycled items.
The UTA recyclable booth will be located between Third and Fourth streets on Main Street. Hollow parts of the booth are filled with recyclable materials such as aluminum cans and plastic bottles.
During the weekend festival, university representatives will hand out pamphlets that tell individuals and businesses how they can get involved with recycling and be environmentally friendly.
University officials said the booth will be re-used and recycled at many future events.
The MAIN ST. Festival runs from April 16-19.
Don't forget to visit the CBS 11/TXA 21 booth, too. See you there!
