Scotts Recalls Garden Products

The Scotts Miracle-Gro Co. has recalled four lawn and garden products because of wrong labeling and non-registration with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency.

Retail products Miracle-Gro Shake 'n Feed Plus Weed Preventer and Scotts Bonus S MAX are included in the recall, as well as, Scotts TurfBuilder MAX.

Another product, Scotts LawnService Fertilizer with .28 Halts also has been recalled, but is mainly used in professional lawn service work.

Officials urge customers to discontinue use of any of the products and return them to the company.

Scotts will send out packaging material for consumers to return the unused product, refund the purchase price and will include coupons toward their next purchase.
