Police Return Items Stolen From Marion Barber

DALLAS (AP) ― Some items stolen from Marion Barber's Dallas apartment in May have been returned to the Dallas Cowboys running back.

Barber reported more than $77,000 worth of property was stolen from his apartment while he was away between March 31 and May 21. Among the items reported stolen were electronic equipment, a Tony Romo-autographed football and a diamond chain worth $36,000.

Police reportedly returned the stolen football and an iPod sporting the Pro Bowl emblem.

Police said they believe the robbery of Barber's apartment is connected to a string of 30 other apartment robberies in an uptown neighborhood. Three people have been arrested in connection with the robberies and police are searching for a fourth.
