Cowboys Sign Newman, Barber To Long-Term Deals

IRVING (CBS 11 / TXA 21) ― The Dallas Cowboys have been busy signing Pro Bowl Players to contract extensions this afternoon.

Both running back Marion Barber and cornerback Terence Newman have been signed to long term contract extensions.

Barber has agreed to a reported seven year, $45 million contract, while Newman has signed a 6 year contract extension worth $50.2 million.

Both Barber and Newman were elected to the first Pro Bowl over their careers this past season.
