they have nominated for appointment to West Point, the U.S. Naval
Academy or the U.S. Air Force Academy, according to an Associated Press

the site of the annual Texas A&amp;M bonfire. Twelve people died and 27 others were injured while constructing a
59-foot tower of 5,000 logs. It was part of an annual football
tradition that began in 1909, where a bonfire was lit on the eve of the
game against the University of Texas, an archrival.
