Sienna Miller Wins Damages From Photo Agency
LONDON (AP) ―
British actress Sienna Miller has won 53,000 pounds ($79,000) from a photo agency she was suing on grounds of harassment.
Miller's lawyer David Sherborne says the out-of-court settlement covers her two complaints against Big Pictures U.K. Ltd.
The agency also has agreed not to follow her or photograph her at home or in her garden.
The agency's Allen Williams confirmed the settlement but had no further comment.
Miller and the agency informed a court of the settlement Friday.
The 26-year-old actress has appeared in the films "Casanova," "Factory Girl" and "Layer Cake."
