Wedding Day is a big day in any girl's life. Promises, commitments, to-do-lists and fitting into that wedding dress can be the biggest challenge of all.
That's why these five brides have chosen to be part of TXA 21's Bridal Boot Camp.
This week (Dec. 4) we raid one of our boot camper's refrigerators and find out keys to weight loss. Our brides-to-be use the Glycemic Index to calculate which foods to eat.
