Fuel For Thought

NEW YORK (CBS) ― Here are the daily soap opera summaries for "The Young and the Restless," "The Bold and the Beautiful," "As The World Turns," and "Guiding Light."

THE YOUNG AND THE RESTLESS

Victor orders Michael to find a way to get the courts to grant guardianship of Summer to him and Nikki until the investigation against Phyllis has been resolved. Michael informs Victor and Nikki that he managed to get the court to agree to grant them temporary custody. Victor is stunned when Nikki says that Summer should live with her instead of at the ranch. Later, Nikki is equally as stunned when Victor agrees that Summer needs to live with Nikki for her own good.

At the coffeehouse, Agent Aucker arrives with a search warrant. Daniel, Jana and Amber are genuinely stunned to learn that they are looking for Balfour's cell phone that was stolen from D.O.J's evidence. Kevin, on the other hand, hide's his guilty look. Later, when it looks like the only people who don't have alibis are Daniel and Amber, Agent Aucker asks Daniel to take a polygraph to prove his innocence. Daniel informs Kevin, Amber and Jana he passed the test with flying colors and Kevin shows them the missing cell phone that he stole. They all realize that they need to figure out who the third person in the alley was.

Mac and Billy are thrilled to be back together but have to continue to put up a pretense in front of Chloe until they reveal to her the truth about their relationship. Meanwhile, Lily and Cane arrive for Kay's 4th of July BBQ and Cane pleads with Kay and Jill to realize that family is all that matters. Later, Cane toasts to all the women in his family and everything he may have lost had it come to light that he isn't truly Phillip Chancellor. Nina and Paul learn from the lab that the blood that was tested was indeed a match to Jill's but that it had also been frozen. Later, as everyone is enjoying the BBQ at the Chancellor mansion, Billy offers to buy Murphy's trailer from him. Nearby, Lily and Cane are happily enjoying watching over Delia when Nina marches in and demands, in front of everyone, to know where Cane got the blood for the DNA test. Jill immediately jumps to Cane's defense but Paul and Nina explain what they learned at the lab and Nina demands to know where Phillip's body is. Billy and Mac sneak off to spend some romantic time away together before all hell breaks loose on their relationship. Meanwhile, Cane realizes he can't lie any longer and admits to everyone that he is not Phillip Chancellor III. Later, Billy and Mac forget the world as they finally fall into each other's arms to make love after six years. As Cane tries to explain himself to a heartbroken Lily, Jill and Kay, the real Phillip arrives and states that Cane didn't do anything wrong. Phillip is the one to blame.


AS THE WORLD TURNS

Emily informs Hunter that she's his mother. Larry doesn't believe her, but she explains the situation that Aurora somehow ended up being impregnated with Emily's stolen eggs, thanks to Larry. Hunter soon realizes what's going on, especially the implications of his new relationship to Alison, and is horrified. Meanwhile, Larry hears Alison say she nearly slept with Hunter. Larry says they can never do that, and Alison mistakes his vehemence. Emily tracks down Larry and rails at him for his betrayal, saying he knew all along that Emily was Hunter's mother. Larry begs forgiveness and explains that he was Aurora's lover and she was desperate to have a child. Meanwhile, Hunter informs a shocked Alison what Emily told him and that they are biologically brother and sister. Hunter's miserable because he can't change how he feels about Alison. Hunter can't take it and has to go.

Sage wants to go to camp tomorrow, in order to miss Carly's wedding to Craig. Carly is upset and insists that Jack has put her up to it. Jack denies it. Carly yells at Sage and Sage runs out. Jack is furious with Carly. Carly calms down a little and when Craig suggests a support group, Carly just says she has to get through with the wedding. Sage later apologizes, after Carly does, and will stay until after the wedding. Rosanna is starting to have her doubts.


THE BOLD AND THE BEAUTIFUL

Ridge asks Taylor and their children if he can move back home with them. Rick apologizes to Brooke for being the reason why she and Ridge broke up. Stephanie breaks the news to Brooke that Ridge and Taylor have reunited. Jackie agrees to marry Owen in a traditional Hawaiian ceremony. When Bridget realizes what is going on, she confesses to Nick that Owen and Jackie are on the island and are about to get married. Nick rushes out in a fury to stop the wedding.


GUIDING LIGHT

Marina assures Mallet that even though Henry has Shayne's DNA, Mallet is his father. They all leave for the Bauer BBQ. Shayne decides to spend the 4th with Reva because neither of them wants to face everyone at the BBQ. Josh and Matt arrive at the BBQ and Matt says they came to find Josh a date. Rick fails in an attempt to hit on Olivia. Marina and Mallet arrive and introduce Danny and Michelle to baby Henry.

Father Ray suggests that Natalia go to a retreat to think things through. Olivia leaves a message for Natalia and is concerned that she's not there yet. Natalia divulges to Blake how confused she is and says she's leaving town. Olivia checks with Blake to see if she knows where Natalia is but Blake covers for her. Cyrus and the Boudreaus arrive. Leah puts a chef hat on Rick. Cyrus puts his arm around startled Mel as Rick comes over to them. Reva is getting ready for Hawk's visit when she sees a photo of her and Jeffrey. Reva can't calm down and throws the picture as far as she can, then starts ripping down the decorations. Phillip and James are about to win the 3 legged race but they fall and Cyrus and Remy win the game. Post-race, everyone heads for the food and drinks. Emma is disappointed that Natalia is late. Rafe bumps into Natalia and admits to her that he tried going to the BBQ but couldn't take the idea of seeing her with Olivia. Natalia admits she's confused too. Rafe apologizes for having a hard time accepting her relationship with Olivia. Blake informs Olivia that Natalia isn't coming because she doesn't want to see her right now. Rick catches Leah, Robbie, and Hope eating apple pie from the pan and he joins in. Michelle and Rick admire their children. Mallet explains to Shayne that he knows about Henry and hopes things between them won't be weird.

Reva is re-hanging the decorations when Hawk arrives. Reva and Hawk grill chicken outside when Josh drives by and waves at them. Mel admits to Michelle that it's strange not being a Bauer anymore and says she loved the family they had. James is upset when he overhears Phillip thank Daisy for convincing James to come to the BBQ. Phillip wants the group to know how lucky he is to have had time with all of them and wishes it would never end. Beth takes over for Phillip when he gets too emotional. Rick raises his glass to the group and they share a toast. Phillip looks around and sees all his friends around him. Olivia runs to a secluded spot and tries to hold back the tears. Blake picks Natalia up and makes sure Natalia is sure of her choice to leave. Olivia sinks to the ground and cries.
