- To reduce puffiness and redness, moisten green tea bags and place them in the freezer in a zip lock bag until cold. Place them on your eyes over your eye cream for 5 minutes.
- Use Aveda's Hand Relief and Foot Relief for a self-hand and foot Massage.

- Steps For A Self Hand Massage:
1. Begin by shaking the hands to get the circulation going.
2. Using your thumb on the palm, press your thumb on the palm starting at the heel and sliding up between the fingers.
3. Massage each palm in deep circular motions working from the heel of the hand towards the fingers.
4. Squeeze the thumb, beginning at the base, pumping and squeezing to the end. Apply pressure to the base of the nail, to the tip, then squeeze the sides.
5. Find the pressure point between the thumb and the index finger. You can find this point by looking at the top of your hand, holding your hand flat and thumb in, you will see a bump where your thumb meets the rest of your hand. Spread fingers and apply pressure.
6. Work each finger the way you worked the thumb.
7. Repeat massage on other hand.
