We have been experiencing some problems with out chat room lately, but you could help us fix them.

2. What questions/ comments did you submit? Please use the EXACT WORDING or else it won't help.
3. After you submitted your question/ comment, did you see this automatic message pop up: Thank you. Your question has been submitted.
4. Did you see the rest of the chat going on, or was the room blank?
5. Did you see anything else out of the ordinary?
6. What program are you using to log on to the internet?
7. Do you have any pop-up blocker software installed?
8. Can you take a screen-grab of what you are seeing and include it in the email?
