An FBI agent was arrested on an accusation of drunken driving after authorities say she drove in the wrong direction and was involved in an accident.
Lori Bailey, an FBI supervisor and former agency spokeswoman, was arrested Sunday and charged with driving while intoxicated, Sgt. Robert Bernard of the Department of Public Safety said Wednesday.
He said Bailey is accused of driving north in the southbound lanes of the North Dallas Tollway near downtown and being involved in an accident.
FBI spokesman Mark White declined to comment on whether Bailey faced any disciplinary action. Bailey also declined to comment.
Bailey bonded out of the Dallas County Jail after her arrest by the Texas Department of Public Safety.
