Keller Teacher Accused Of Sex With Student

KELLER (CBS 11 News) ― An assistant band director at Keller High School has been accused of having a sexual relationship with a student.

On August 15, police in Keller received the report from a 16-year-old girl. She claims that 25-year-old Aaron Daniel Pompa, one of her band educators, had sexual contact with her three separate times between April and August.

The alleged sexual contact took place at Pompa's home.

Pompa was arrested at his home on August 17, but was released after posting $10,000 bond.

An improper relationship between an educator and a student is a second degree felony. If convicted, Pompa faces as many as 20 years in prison and a $10,000 fine.
