Kenneth Mosley was sent to Texas' death row for killing a police officer during a bank robbery.

The U.S. Supreme Court has refused to review an appeal from a man convicted of killing a suburban Dallas police officer, clearing the way for a new execution date to be set.
Kenneth Mosley won a reprieve from the high court last month, just a day before he was to receive lethal injection for the fatal shooting of Garland Officer David Moore. The 32-year-old Moore was shot while responding to a 911 call about a bank robbery.
Moore's lawyers had won the reprieve by arguing issues in his case were similar to those in an Alabama death penalty case the court is reviewing.
