Girls Say Man Abused Them After Killing Family

DALLAS (CBS 11 News) ― As of Monday evening, the man accused of murdering his wife and her two young boys is still on the loose.

Robert Sparks is accused of murdering 30-year-old Chare Agnew, 9-year-old Harold Sublet and 10-year-old Raeqwon Agnew.

Chare is survived by her two daughters, who police say Sparks terrorized the same night of the murders.

"He just went crazy, and he just hurt everybody," said one of Chare's daughters.

Sparks is not the father of any of the children.

The girls say Sparks woke them up around 3 a.m. Saturday.

"He stabbed my brother, and he shot my mom," said one of the daughters.

Sometime during the same night, police say the girls were bound and gagged, sexually assaulted and put into a closet.

"He tied us up and put us in the closet," said the young girl. "Than he put a big dresser on there, so if we unlocked the door, we couldn't move the dresser."

The girls say the loss of their mother and two brothers is unbearable at times.

"He's a person that I hate, that I hate for what he did to my family, because I don't think they should have died like that," said the girl.

The children say they are still fearful that he many come back.

"I want him caught, because I don't want him to hurt nobody else," said one of the girls. "I don't want them to go through what we had to go through."

A $3,000 reward has been offered for anyone with information that will lead to Sparks' arrest.
