Separate Warrant Charges Jim Trulock's Wife, Too
DALLAS (CBS 11 / TXA 21) ―
Cherry Pit owner Jim Trulock was arrested by Duncanville Police Thursday night on a money laundering charge, a second degree felony.
Authorities said there is an active arrest warrant for Julie Norris on the same charge.
The Cherry Pit owners were arrested a couple of weeks ago for violating the Texas Alcohol Beverage Code for having too much alcohol in their house without a permit.
Both face trial on Oct. 27 for previous citation out Duncanville.
If convicted of money laundering, Trulock faces a possible sentence of 20 years in a state prison, or a $20,000 fine.
