REPORT: 1 In Every 59 DFW Homes Is A Foreclosure

DALLAS (CBS 11 / TXA 21) ― Home foreclosure rates continue to rise at a staggering rate.

One foreclosure listing service says during the first half of 2008, there were more than 25,000 foreclosure postings. In the Dallas, Fort Worth area, there was one foreclosure for every 59 homes.

The majority of homes posted for foreclosure were valued below $200,000.
