2 Women Found Dead In Granbury

(CBS 11 / TXA 21) Two women were found with what police describe as apparent gun shot wounds to the head inside a parked SUV in Granbury.

Police found the dead women Saturday morning after they received a call from a plumbing company employee who thought the pair was sleeping in the parking lot.

Granbury Police waited to release the women's names, but acknowledge they are not used to working such a crime scene in the small town of about 8,000.

Word -- and now fear – traveled fast this weekend.

"I can't believe this is happening in Granbury," resident Belinda Rosenquist said. "We've never had anything like that. ... It's kind of weird... You don't feel safe."

As of 7:30 p.m., police did not have a suspect.
