Police Question 7 In Grapevine H.S. Vandalism

Slideshow: Grapevine High School Vandalized

(CBS 11 News) Grapevine Police Department said they have identified seven Grapevine High School students responsible for the $40,000 worth of vandalism at the school.

Early Wednesday morning, surveillance video cameras captured seven hooded people marking up hallways with paint guns and smashing windows and trophy cases.

Officials report the seven have been questioned and arrest warrants will be issued shortly.

Authorities said the alleged vandals could face felony charges. All of the suspects are 17 or 18 and many are seniors, police said.

Sgt. R. W. Murphy, Public Information officer with the Grapevine Police Department, said it's possible that the arrests may not take place until next week.
