Springtown Woman Charged With Injuring Baby

Nichole Marlar, 18, was accused of injuring her eight-month-old baby.

An 18-year-old Springtown woman is in the Parker County jail today, charged with injuring her eight-month-old baby.
Nichole Dawn Marlar's son was taken to a Fort Worth hospital on April 29, authorities say, and doctors there found he had a fractured skull as well as several fractures to his arms and legs.
Parker County Sheriff's Investigators say Marlar admitted that she might have injured the boy by dropping him.
Parker County authorities also say Marlar made what they call "other admissions," but say they will not reveal them until the case has cleared the grand jury.
Marlar is charged with two counts of injury to a child causing serious bodily injury. She' s in jail under $100,000 bond.
The baby is in the custody of Child Protective Services.
