Bush: Ruling May Free Terrorists In U.S.

The White House said Thursday that dangerous detainees at Guantanamo Bay could end up walking on U.S. streets as a result of last month's Supreme Court ruling about detainees' legal rights. Federal appeals courts, however, have indicated they have no intention of letting that happen.

Mayor Leppert's State Of The City Address

It has been one year since Tom Leppert took over as Mayor of Dallas. He talked about public safety in his State of the City address. Violent crime is down 11 percent and the city council approved 200 new officer positions. Mayor Leppert said that he is proud of the vibrant economy in Dallas, as well as work on the Trinity River Project and strides to better educate the city's youth.
