Spring storm season is rapidly approaching. Of course, the best way to stay informed is to watch Larry Mowry, Mike Burger, Jeff Jamison and Garry Seith every day on CBS 11 News and TXA 21 News!
But he second best way is to have an emergency weather radio!
NOAA weather radios monitor special broadcasts from the National Weather Service and the Department of Homeland Security in order to provide critical information in the event of severe weather and other local emergencies.
CBS 11 News, TXA 21 News and Midland Radio Corporation have teamed up to make these weather radios available at every Walgreens and RadioShack store in across North Texas for a reduced price of $29.99. That's approximately 300 locations!
