Krazy Texas Laws

Every state has laws that are old, outdated and just plain weird. Texas is no exception. This is a list of some of the kraziest laws passed by cities in the Lone Star State. Some are so funny, they should be illegal. In fact, maybe they are!

In Austin, it is illegal to carry wire cutters in your pocket. Maybe that's why this guy's pants are sagging down so low. Really heavy wire cutters. Somebody check him.
