Santa would definitely put
Britney Spears on his naughty list this year. The year got off to a rocky start in February the first time she checked into and out rehab in 24 hours. The following night Spears shaved off her own hair. It wasn't until late February that she again checked herself into rehab. Since leaving rehab in March she embarked on a series of "naughty" acts including attacking a photographer with an umbrella and driving without a license. Police also charged her with a hit-and-run. Spears lost physical custody of her children to ex-husband Kevin Federline on Oct. 1.
