The qualifying round for Nathan's Hot Dog Eating Contest occurred at Sam's Clubs across the county on Saturday (June 21, 2008). "We also have a kids eating contest. We're going to lather them up with a lot of ketchup and see how much they can eat for prizes," said Jeff Wiles, a Sam's Club spokesperson.
