Fog Blamed For Chain-Reaction Crash In Garland

Thick fog is being blamed for an early morning chain reaction crash off Interstate 635 in Garland. The fog formed early Sunday morning over most of North Texas. Visibility in many areas was less than one quarter of a mile.
