CBS 11 Investigators went undercover and followed executives from the North Texas Tollway Authority on a trip to Vienna, Austria.  These are some of the images captured by our hidden camera.

Board member Dave Denison exits the high-speed boat after an eight-hour excursion. Denison and his colleagues Robert Shepard and Rick Herrington skipped meetings scheduled for that day.
