Dallas Cowboys Find New Linebackers Coach
IRVING (CBS 11 News) ―
The Dallas Cowboys have found a new linebackers coach, and they went to Aggieland to get him.
Texas A&M defensive coordinator Reggie Herring, who was Arkansas' interim head coach at the Cotton Bowl just over a month ago, was at Valley Ranch on Friday to interview with Cowboys coach Wade Phillips and defensive coordinator Brian Stewart.
Sources said that Herring could be named to the Dallas Cowboys staff on Monday.
Herring and Steward coached together on the Houston Texans staff five years ago.
