Mavericks Announce 2008 Preseason Schedule

DALLAS (CBS 11 / TXA 21) ― On Thursday, the Dallas Mavericks announced their 2008 preseason schedule which kicks off on Tuesday, October 7, against the Washington Wizards at the American Airlines Center.

After opening at home, however, the Mavs hit the road for four straight games against the Chicago Bulls on October 9, the Milwaukee Bucks on October 10, the Indiana Pacers on October 15 and the Detroit Pistons on October 16.

Then, the team comes back to the American Airlines Center for the final three preseason games against the Sacramento Kings on October 18, the Chicago Bulls on October 21 and the Indiana Pacers on October 23.

The regular season tips off on October 30 at home against the Houston Rockets.
