Paul McCartney Coming To Cowboys Stadium

ARLINGTON (AP) ― Paul McCartney is coming to the new Cowboys Stadium on Aug. 19.

The former Beatles star is the latest big name added to the list of performers at the $1.15 billion facility that opened earlier this summer.

George Strait and Reba McEntire headlined the opener, the Jonas Brothers kicked off their latest tour there and U2 will be arriving soon. Of course, the Dallas Cowboys will be playing their games there soon, and a bevy of other major sports events are on the docket, such as the 2010 NBA All-Star Game, the 2011 Super Bowl and the 2014 Final Four.
