Stars Sign Veteran Landon Wilson, 3 Others
The Dallas Stars signed veteran free agent Landon Wilson to a one-year contract today.
Thirty-three-year-old Wilson has played for Colorado, Boston, Phoenix and Pittsburgh since being a first-round draft pick in 1993. The right-winger has played the last four seasons in Europe and is the son of Dallas associate coach Rick Wilson.
The Stars also signed left wing Francis Wathier and defensemen Maxime Fortunus and Garrett Stafford to two-year contracts. Each played in the minors last season.
Terms of the deals were not disclosed.
