Picassos Stolen In 15-Second Heist

Sacramento, Calif. (CBS) ― Two original Picasso etchings are stolen from an art gallery in Bellevue, Washington. Now police are hoping surveillance video of the heist might speed their recovery.

Investigators say during the heist, a woman distracted the sales clerk, while two men walked out with the etchings all in 15-seconds.

"It's not a super sophisticated Hollywood type of heist but it's certainly well planned and premeditated. It will forever now be listed now as stolen art in the stolen art registry," said Det. Greg Bean, Bellevue Police.

The etchings are hand-signed and estimated to be worth about 100,000.
