in west Texas.  More cloud cover over Fort Worth and to the west, while
Dallas and areas to the east are enjoying more sunshine.  High
temperatures will push into the upper 60s where it remains mostly sunny.
But the cloud deck will keep areas west of the Metroplex in the upper
50s to low 60s.

northeast at around 35 mph. A line of stronger thunderstorms is developing in west Texas along a
dryline. This line of storms is moving east around 35 mph and should be
approaching our western counties by 2:00 p.m., in the DFW Metro area by
3:00 p.m. and exiting North Texas by 6:00 p.m. Monday.

The company&nbsp;argues that it's&nbsp;caught in a catch-22. Officials say&nbsp;they're blasted when neighbors lose power and are also criticized when crews trim trees to prevent outages.
