Save Big On Your Grocery Bill With Online Coupons
NORTH TEXAS (CBS 11 / TXA 21) ―
What if you could customize your grocery list - combining what you need with online coupons to save you 90-percent every week? Several North Texas "coupon ladies" are making it easy.
With the digital age, you can put away your scissors and fire up the computer.
A trip to the grocery store can put a dent in the family budget. While things like milk, bread and eggs may be necessities you can save on other grocery items by clipping and printing coupons.
Albertson's Store Director Brian Topor says, "We see a lot more coupon users now with the economy going down a little bit."
According to Coupons Inc., 148 million Americans use coupons. Of those, nearly a quarter use their computers to find them.
In your hunt for savings, be careful about online counterfeit coupons. Legitimate coupons generally can't be e-mailed and will go straight to your printer when you click on them.
