It's summer time, the kids are out of school, and parents are charged with entertaining them. But with gas prices and temperatures on the rise, that can be a challenge.
With parks water parks throughout the metro area, there are plenty of cool adventures to be had, that won't soak your budget.
At
Six Flags' Hurricane Harbor, the water is abundant and so are the smiles. That's the case at newly opened
Hawaiian Falls too. There is also other nearby water park in North Richland Hills called
NRH20.
Six Flags' Hurricane Harbor has a deal right now that everyone gets in for $19.99 if you buy the tickets online.
Hawaiian Falls has locations in Mansfield, Garland and The Colony. Adult tickets are $17.99 and children's tickets are $9.99.
At
NRH20, adult tickets are $21.99 and children tickets are $17.99.
Children two-years-old and under are free at all of the parks.
